Rotura are from Barcelona and their members are people who have already taken part in several local punk bands. Last year they released their first 5-song demo with political lyrics accompanied by melodies that bring us to mind their colleagues at Accidente. This LP features the aforementioned demo plus five new songs with an evident evolution in song structure, sound and production. We got to this band by listening to a podcast hosted by Blanca and Pablo during lockdown in Madrid. We got in touch with Silvia, Rotura’s singer, who kindly replied and we agreed to participate in releasing this album in joint effort with a number of Spanish labels.
